Product Description:
YANING Air Shower Pass Box is a cost-effective solution to control the ingress of contamination into cleanrooms and its
surrounding facilities. Its high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets ensure that all materials are scrubbed off of possible
particulates that might affect the sterility of the process and final products.
Built-in air shower significantly reduces surface contamination on materials entering or exiting the controlled environment. Materials are “scrubbed” by high velocity HEPA filtered air jets with velocities of 25 m/s . Contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
Air shower duration is adjustable up to 99 second. Standard factory pre-set is 12 seconds.

2. An array of stainless steel nozzles direct high-velocity jets within the chamber.
3. Electrical interlocking door mechanism.
4. Base surface is constructed of perforated stainless steel 304,making it easy to clean.
5. Adopt 5MM tempered glass windowwith high transparency, provide a clear view of the internal chamber.
6.The work area is made of sanded stainless steel plate, which is smooth and wear-resistant.
